Reported by: Ericka English Thursday, Feb 19, 2009 @10:39am CST Scarlet is an affectionate "tween" that's looking for a mother to share her positive outlook on life. She is a giving child who wants to be a role model for other children. She says her current foster home is giving her the perfect opportunity to brush up on her big sister skills.
When she's not at home playing with dolls, Art is her favorite subject in school. While spending time at the Tyler County Art Gallery in Woodville, the 12-year-old shared just a few expectations of her new family. Scarlet says she wants to be able to go horse back riding, run track, and have a cell phone. Those are only minor requests from a young girl who needs so much more. If you have room for Scarlet in your heart, call the Department of Family and Protective Services at (409) 951-3351. |
