An Orange County grand jury has indicted a Vidor man on charges of aggravated assault.

18-year-old Benjamin Myers is accused of stabbing a fellow student at Vidor High School.

The victim was Buddy Loftin. Loftin says the stabbing wasn't provoked. He says that Myers ran behind him and stabbed him.

The attack happened on February 2nd.

Shortly after it, Loftin told Fox 4 News, "If he could bring a knife to school what else can they bring to school, knives or alcohol."
