Reported by: Ericka English Wednesday, Jul 1, 2009 @12:47pm CDT A young boy is hoping the third time is the charm when it comes to finding a forever family.
Trey is a regular on hearts without homes. While it’s an honor in a way it's also heart breaking. He's been featured, not once, not twice, but three times. He’s been without a family for quite sometime. Though his aspirations in life have changed, one thing is the same - he needs a family. Now at age 12, he says he wants a big brother more than anything. He adds, "I want a big brother to take me hunting and show me animals and take me to the zoo." As he paints his picture of a forever family, he's hoping the third time is the charm. "I want a family that really cares about me and wants a kid like me,” he said. If you have room in your heart for Trey, call the Department of Family and Protective Services. |
