13-year-old Chris says he was really close to his family, before being put in foster care three years ago.

"Me and my brother used to do everything together," he said as we sat in the dug out on a baseball field in Groves.

Now, he stands alone, searching for a new family to fill the void.

He continues, "I'm looking for a family that can let me go to college and pay for it."

He promises the costly education will not go in vain. He’ an honor roll student.

"I can get straight A's, then I slack off but I get nothing but A's and B's."

Chris is hoping his hidden talents as a singer and dancer like his icon, Michael Jackson will take him far.

"He was awesome," Chris replied.
