Like most 13-year-olds, Arthur is enjoying life with no strings attached. But unlike many others he's struggling to find a family to make the ultimate promise and take care of him forever.

"I just want my family," he said while splashing around at a Groves splash park.

Not just any family though. He wants nice loved ones who enjoys life just as much as he does. He like hunting in particular. The tiny guy once bagged a three point deer.

"Did you make sausages out of it?" I asked. "Uh huh," he replied.

"Who helps you?" I asked. "My dad." "What else can make with your deer meat?" "Beef jerky," he said.

Hunting isn't his only passion. He also loves science and social studies.

"I get to do experiments and learn about people back in the times," he adds.

He's had plenty of history lessons from his foster dad, whose inspired his future career. Like so many other boys his age, he dreams of becoming a police officer.

"My dad was in Vietnam. I don't want to be in Vietnam, I just want to be a police officer. "

All so that he can save some others like his foster family has saved him.
