Port Arthur police have arrested a 20-year-old man wanted for deadly conduct.

They say Jorge Varlea is accused of a drive-by shooting that took place September 12th.

He was stopped Monday afternoon on 10th Street.

Officers found two handguns and several bags of marijuana in the car.

Varlea and two other people in the car were arrested.
