It happened Monday night in the 900 block of West 14th Street in Port Arthur.

Authorities received a call about shots being fired at the Prince Hall Apartments.

When they got to the scene, they found out the victim had already been taken to Christus Hospital St. Mary's emergency room.

Investigators interviewed several witnesses.

No arrests have been made.
