Vintage Elite Builders, Inc. is operated by two brothers who have had extensive experience in the area of construction. 

Rex Hall and James Hall were born in Southeast Texas and have grown up in a family experienced in the construction field.  They have a father who worked as a manager over maintenance in a refinery, a grandfather who built windmills in Fort Worth, an uncle in the Iron Workers Hall of Fame, and worked on the Panama Canal.

Rex and James bring 35 years of excellence into the building trade.  Rex has worked on several sky scrapers in Fort Worth and has managed both residential and construction work.  James has fulfilled requirements to serve as a Core Curricula Instructor in the NCCER's standardized multiple Certification courses in building and construction.

They work hard to offer the newest and best building methods available to their customers.  They are experienced in negotiating with insurance companies for clients who are in the rebuilding process.
